Redefined Risk Services

Hi I'm Travis Bishop, I help growing businesses unlock their potential by empowering leaders to redefine risk as a driver of opportunity.

Risk isn't something to fear—it's something to understand, manage, and leverage for growth. I'm passionate about Health, Safety, Environment, and Accessibility because I've seen firsthand how the right approach to risk management can transform organisations, protect people, and create sustainable success.

My journey has taken me across diverse industries—from Engineering and Aviation to Geothermal Hot Springs Developments—and each experience has deepened my understanding of how Vision, Values, Mission, systems, and processes interconnect to create robust risk compliance frameworks. This varied background means I can see opportunities and solutions that others might miss.

I'm particularly proud of my involvement in a decade-long development project where I provided comprehensive health, safety, environment, and risk management guidance to all areas of the business including construction contract management. Supporting a small family vision to grow into a large-scale resort and accommodation offering, witnessing it come to life—from construction through to full compliance and providing guest relaxation in nature—reminded me why I love what I do: turning complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies.

Whether you're a small startup, an established medium enterprise, or a large corporation, I believe every organisation deserves risk management that works for them, not against them and explore how we can turn your biggest challenges into your greatest opportunities.

I'm a self-motivated and dedicated Health and Safety professional, certified OHS practitioner with the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (AIHS), I have a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

I am passionate about supporting and coaching teams to create safer workplaces for all.

My growth and maintaining currency is important to provide the best level of service to my clients, with new courses in ISO Auditing and professional business advisor, along with participating in Mentor and Mentee programs, webinars and regularly seeking out growth opportunities from peer interactions.
